【不离】法王如意宝：即使以散乱心看佛像，也能离苦得乐
对佛菩萨要有“贪心”
We Need to “Crave” Buddhas and Bodhisattvas
佛陀曾说，即使以散乱心看佛像，将来也会离苦得乐。
The Buddha once said that even to gaze at a buddha image with a distracted mind can lead to freedom from suffering and the attainment of happiness in the future.
甚至，哪怕以嗔恨心看佛像，
What’s more, it is beneficial even to gaze at a buddha image in anger.
此人虽然暂时会堕入恶趣，但由于他已与佛陀结上了缘，最终也会渐渐证得菩提。
This will lead to a brief fall to the lower realms, but because an affinity with the Buddha has been formed, eventually one will gradually awaken.
佛像的功德如此之大，
The merit of the buddha image is immense.
所以《亲友书》中说，只要是佛像，不管它的材质如何、制作是否精致，哪怕是泥塑木雕的，也应生起恭敬心。
It is said in Letter to a Friend that any buddha statue, regardless of its material or how finely it was crafted, even if it is molded from mud or carved from wood, is something one should respect.
释迦牟尼佛当年还亲口承诺：“在我涅槃之后，人们若造佛像，
Shakyamuni Buddha himself promised, “After my parinirvana, if people build buddha statues,
对其存有感恩心或信心，经常去忆念，这跟佛陀在世没什么差别。”
feel gratitude or confidence toward them, and often bring them to mind, this will not be much different from if the Buddha were alive.”
所以，观想具足相好的佛像，对今生和来世有重大的意义。
Thus, visualizing and meditating on a buddha statue that bears the major and minor marks of buddhahood is of great significance to our present and future lives.
（当然，观想和修持佛陀的智慧身，如是功德更为殊胜。）
(Of course, visualizing and practicing the Buddha’s wisdom body is of even more sublime merit.)
打个比方说，贪心极为强盛的人，见到一个绝世美女后，她的笑靥会时时刻刻浮现在脑海中。
Consider this analogy: after a man with extremely strong craving met a peerless beauty, her dimpled smile would constantly arise in his mind.
同样，对诸佛菩萨若也有这样的“贪心”，日日夜夜不断地忆念，
Similarly, if we also have such “craving” toward all buddhas and bodhisattvas and think of them day and night,
乃至我们获得菩提果之间，佛菩萨都不会远离，
the buddhas and bodhisattvas will never be far from us until we have attained the fruit of awakening.
并时时以大悲心加持我们，带来一切利乐的悉地。
They will continually bless us through great compassion and bring us the accomplishment of all happiness.
要知道，不论祈祷哪一位圣尊，都会增长智慧。
You need to know that regardless of which noble being you pray to, your wisdom will grow as a result.
尤其若想得到加持，就应祈祷上师；
In particular, if you wish for blessings, you should pray to your teacher;
想获得悉地，就应祈祷本尊；
if you wish for spiritual accomplishments, you should pray to your meditation deity;
要成就事业，就应祈祷空行母；
to have success in your endeavors, you should pray to the dakinis;
要遣除违缘，就应祈祷护法神。
to dispel adversity, you should pray to the Dharma protectors.
所以，若想成办不同的利益，望大家经常作如是祈祷。
Therefore, I hope everyone can often pray in this way in order to accomplish diverse benefits.
